What morph and color are my new babies?

phalgirl Aug 26, 2005 08:57 PM

These guys are 8 weeks old, but the bottom pic was taken at 2 days old. I think they are a harlequin and a tiger. They look like they will be a rusty color but I know you can't tell the color at this age. Their parents are a yellow dalmation and a rusty fire morph.

theres no way anyone in the world could tell you what your babys will be. Their colors are going to change alot before they get thier actual adult color. If i were u i would wait for a few more months before i even gave them a label.

a flame pattern will not change over time. do you think a flamed crested is going to " morph" into a chocolate tiger pattern or something?

my point is, after the first shed you can typically tell what the gecko is going to look like, colors do change and red/oranges are hard to recognize within the first few months. but anything that are those colors will almost definitely look like that as an adult, only darker when fired up.

Thanks! I also think they will stay red/orange or dark and not change into a yellow or buckskin. We will see! I do think one is more of a tiger pattern though.
