This year was killer! Boy, did I need a vacation by this time!!!

It was great to get to hang and chat with Chris Raden, who had given me the pleasure of holding the first Indigo snake I had ever held. Read about them all my life, and was quite excited to check this one out. Very nice northerns you had there as well my friend.

Steve G. was also cool to speak with. Nice Jani there!

Lloyd H., I am so glad you introduced yourself!! Finally able to shake your hand bro!

Matt Turner, bro it was great to talk to you and among your killer animals, you had a very nice Cape Gopher at your table that I may have purchased if I had any money left. That was painful. LOL!

Shannon B., thanks for chatting with me and clearing up some stories that I found were interesting! Get a table there next year so I can see again what you produce!

Jason N., I hope you had a great time being your first year! Great seeing you there! Did you end up with anything?

It was also a treat to hang out with the ever elusive, mysterious, and cop of pits, Tom James. He bought some huge northern pine adults, perhaps 3 I think. Tom, keep in touch!

Nokturnel Tom, I hope you and your wife had a great time! Sorry I did not run into you again!

From John Schmitt/Suncoast Herpetological I got:

0.1 Northern Pine

0.1 Amel Bull with killer bright colors

0.1 Hypo bull from Howie Sherman's line of hypos

From John Meltzer/R J Reptiles I got:

0.1 Albino Bull resulting from TX albino X het albino MN bull. Complete MN bull pattern with the albino color of its' father. Very bright lemon yellow.

I will post pics soon.

Take care!

It was great meeting and talking Pits with you too Billy. I hope to see you again next year.

I'm glad you got a chance to hold the Texas Indigo. Most Drymarchon enthusiasts are also Pituophis fans and vice versa.
I guess we all must have great taste in snakes!

Sounds like you had a great trip Billy! I cant wait to get out there myself and meet all of those people!

Did you happen to ask Tom James about the lineaticollis?

I'm still working on getting pictures of my heavily expanded collection, I'll be sure to get them to you.

Billy, was glad to see again. Finally got to meet John Lassiter at Stephen Cox's (peace river herps) table. It was great to see Shannon B again also.

Chatted with Nokturnal Tom and his wife. Great people!!!

I picked up a very cranky 0.1 red bull from John Schmitt also. She is great looking but is going to need some work with her temperment.

From John Meltzer - 1.1 northern pines (can't wait till these get bigger)

From Stephen Cox - 0.1 applegate San Diego Gopher

Can't wait till next year!!!!
