You can't. There is none unfortunately. There may be still a test available for iguanas (still the most popular herp pet), but the economics for it was much less than anticipated and it may be discontinued. It is done in birds. None of the tests will work in monitors and the development of a monitor specific test is not in the near future.
To decide the sex of your monitor; post a picture and comments in the monitor forum, it takes a lot of experience to differentiate the sexes. See what opinions you get. Sometimes you may see a male's hemipenes protrude when defecating.
An experienced herp vet familiar with sexing via ultrasound will be able to help you as well... finding one may be difficult. Ask for referals and look up the member listings at www.arav.com.
