another one of those garters

This one is from the same site. A lot of classic Butler's characteristics. Hard to tell from the photo, but there are also some definite T. radix features. Sorry about the photo quality. I know flash and macro don't mix. Oh well.

That's a good picture, Tim. I can see the scale rows pretty well, and the lateral stripe is on three and four, ruling out sirtalis. The coloring doesn't look like butleri, so right away I'd guess radix. Butleri just doesn't have those black blotches down the sides from my observations. I'll try to find time to get over your way, but with all the traveling in the next month, I won't have much time.

I'll try to get an email to ya before I leave for AZ tomorrow.
