I would take him to the vet and bring a fresh fecal sample
he should be eating mixed greens such as collard, turnip, and mustard greens, escrole, endive, shredded squash and sweet potato. mango and papaya ithink are suposued to be good fruits
he should be eating everyday, greens and veggis first then fruit after.

how big is he and what size cage is he in?
whats the temperture in his basking spot? cool end?

you should ask on the iguana forum, they should be able to help you better

Are you using a full spectrum UVB bulb? Igs cannot metabolize calcium without it. It sounds like poor food and too cold. The basking spot should be around 95-100 degrees, food area in mid-80s. At this point, also add some calcium and vitamin supplements. A vet check to rule out other diseases is always a good idea.
