degei has grown to 3ft..... but still is small around, about the size of a tube of lipstick, how to corn snakes grow? they they get their length then girth?

Her girth looks good to me. Corns aren't heavy bodied snakes, and tend to be more slender. What are you feeding and how often? If you plan on brumating this winter it may be a good idea to "fatten" up a little.

right now i am feeding fuzzy rats,she eats about every 8 days, but will eat every 5 i think. and yes i do plan on brumating and breeding next year.

Well, my black rats are nearly 4 ft and are eating small rats with no problem. Try feeding rats instead of mine (larger rat pups may be a good size, but check the size to make sure it's good). Get on a set schedule (like every monday), and skip a week every month or 2. Again, get it nice and fat before brumation.
