nice looking turtle Leo, does she ever fight with your male? or do you keep them seperated?

Hey Steve...
Saw your last post.
I still have the girl I got from you ( 35 pounds) in with my big guy. They get along fine.
I separate them when I drain and chenge water. Thats the only time they get aggressive.
Another thing...they're both in a realy big horse trough...and they were always really skiddish.
always trying to dig on the bottom...
Now i have 3 floating lids from big square trash cans in the tank. They cover most of the water surface.
The turtles can even lift them up with their noses when they breath.
It calms them down almost right away.
Their whole temperament changes when they have something to go underneath
