Looks like I will be gone for a while............more

JohnLokken Jul 17, 2003 09:56 PM

My wife and I got a chance to move farther up north in CA. We are both scared.........But, also excited. We are both in the market to buy a house soon. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz. It is a shame that we can't stay....But, housing prices are just too high for what we are looking for. Wish me luck on this new life adventure.

Looks like I will be without a computer soon....And, I don't quite know when I'll be back.
Best to you all. I will miss you all.....And, I will get back on as soon as I can. I doubt I will even be able to see my e-mail.

So, again. Best of luck to all my friends both new and old. I will talk with you all soon.

Hopefully, you can stop into a library and sign on somewhere. Good luck house hunting. Frank

Hey John and family

You'll be just fine with your moving and changing locations, just look at me for instance, I lefy the UK when I was 25, moved to northern cal, after 6 months moved to san diego, after 4 years moved back to northern cal, then moved back to san diego after another 3 years, then moved to Finland, then after one year we all moved to Holland, then 2 years later moved back to Finland, now im moving out to go to southern Finland to start a new college and my wife and kids are staying here for a while. Oh yes I was born in Berlin Germany to start with. When my college is over in 4 years we are going to move to Austria.

Life is an adventure and can be scarey at times but there's nothing like taking on a new life somewhere else.

Maybe one day I will settle down, I hope.

Good luck

steve

Northern CA is so beautiful, I am so jealous! I'm getting
out of this pricey area too (but I'm going into the desert lol)
Santa Cruz is such a great place, but hey, you can still visit!
Have a safe move and take your time to settle in, then come
back here with a ton of new pics of your snakes!
