Eastern darkening up

This is my yearling eastern hognose. I found out recently from the breeder that the mother was a dark individual. Mine had been developing some nice dark yellows instead of blacks... after this last shed she did a complete turnaround. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of the shed that occurred between Feb and Aug.
