UVB lighting available at normal stores?

Are there any uvb lighting available at normal store like Walmart from normal types of bulbs that dont cost tons of money? I was just wondering? Im looking for lights suitable for a Water Dragon and Tortoise etc.

I am currently using the Zoo Med coils and 7.0 uvbs...thanks!
