The same seller has also listed an obvious biak as a sorong too. Am hoping that the seller is just not knowlegable about gtps and I have sent him a heads up email with link to thread on MVF forum where his animals for sale are being discusssed.

If the seller can not provide you photos of the parents and or photos of the breeding and or incubation process there should be NO doubt in the buyers mind that the animal is Farmed/Imported or WC.

I do not know why this is still questioned and dicussed.

well im not assuming its a wildcaught, may very well be but another explaination could be that it is indeed a captive bred biak but the coloring gave the seller the idea to jump on the canary bandwagon and claim is a canary cross.the thing that doesnt make sense to me is,if the seller was knowledgeable enough to know that a canary cross is what a lot of people are interested in seeing and know how rare of a find it would be,then he should also have been knowledgeable enough to know that they have yet to be captive bred and in 2002(when the supposed birth took place)they were not even known to exist, well at least not by very many people.actually,i think some have claimed to have recently hatched canary or canary crosses(not sure if its true)but in 2002 im sure noone had.

as everyone has stated it is not a canary anything...
however if it is a 2002 snake then i think it is marked at a fair price, its going to be a nice HY assuming it really is an 02...

My assumption is if it was a captive born animal, he would not be selling it. The breeder would be. Biak or otherwise.

yea id assume that as well, only he did mention something about receiving this snake from one of his customers, maybe as a trade.is this the truth?who knows.its is a nice snake though.

Why not instead of assuming you call them? Or email them tribal.reptile@verizon.net
