Does anyone have any information about Celia Chien and Sean Bradley...>>

LindaH Aug 29, 2005 10:13 PM

I am so worried about them. I spoke to her yesterday afternoon. She said they were staying at their place through the hurricane. Of course, now there is no regular or cell phone service. I have tried her cell phone and just get a busy signal. She said Sean had bought a generator for electricity afterward....thinking they would only be without for a few days. I don't think they realized just how much flooding would happen. They live just north of Lake Pontchartrain, in Covington, LA. I know the hurricane went east of them and they missed what could have been much worse, but I still worry if they are OK. Celia is a little California girl and she doesn't have a clue about hurricanes - no one does until they actually live through one. I hope they are OK. I hope all their snakes are OK, and I surely hope they didn't get flooding like I'm seeing on CNN.

I hope everything is OK with them and as a former East Coast resident and survivor of numerous hurricanes including living in Charleston, SC during Hugo I know how bad hurricanes can be. It's very difficult to imagine how hard it can be for weeks, months even years after one of these storms hit, but hopefully they and all the little heartbeats they watch over are ok.

Everyone is hopeing that all people and animals and property come out okay. I do hope that Celia made it out alright and I hope there isnt any flooding man that could be devestating... We will just have to keep good thoughts for everyone who is located near Katrina's storm. Hoping for the best~!~

Sincerely,
Rose Hipskind

...They have a large collection of snakes. It would have been hard getting them all packed up and moved out ahead of the storm. Let's hope all is well.

First it was emails. Then we realized they might not have internet access.
I have their phone number on speed dial on my cell but I don't know if it's a cell number or a lan line. All we get is a busy signal too.
I am guessing that all lines of communication are down right now.

We really are worried about them and hope they are ok.

Celia, Sean...if you see this, let us know you are ok!
