Help With Light Please !!!

Hi guys...
Can anyone help me with some recomendation for night and day light? red/blue/yellow and other types of bulbs? what's the difference? wich ones shuld I use and not use? How can I setup a perfect light/temperature enviroment? Thanks!!

Skip the light and use an undertank heater with a thermostat. Perfect temps, 24 hours a day...

Yep yep, dont need lights with bloods! A little sunlight through a window every now and again wont hurt though. They are noctournal creatures and usually bask in the shade during the day. So I dont think they really care for light that much anyways.
