Wax Worms

Punker055 Jul 18, 2003 01:25 AM

I have a leo who is blind in one eye and has farely good vision in the other eye who has trouble catching even mealworms but she is fine catching wax worms since they move so much slower. I tried putting mealies in a bowl but she doesn't pay any attention. What is so wrong with feeding a diet based on wax worms? I know they are mainly fat but whats wrong with know that she is eating waxies three or four times a week instead of hoping she is eating the mealies 5 or 6 times a week?

The other bad thing about Waxworms is that geckos get extremely adicted to them...
