Ideal Breeding Age?

Andrew- Aug 30, 2005 06:35 PM

Hey guys,

I was given an adult female corn yesterday, she's a great snake. The lady that gave her to me said that she had had the snake for 8 years, since it was a hatchling. What is the ideal breeding age for female corn snakes? I was hoping to be able to breed her, but if she is too old I dont mind. She has some killer red color to her. Ill get pics up soon.

Thanks,
Andrew

She's an absolutely stunning snake in my opinion.

Thanks,
Andrew

Very nice snake!

I would try to breed any female corn snake that was less than sixteen years old.

Great to hear, I think I may try my hand at breeding her after I do a bit more reading. I was just worried that she may be too old. Thanks for the help!

Thanks,
Andrew
