is there more than one or lots stuck together? I don't have an answer for you, but I would suggest putting it in the fridge so it will keep in case you need to bring it to your vet. Luna never expelled anything other than eggs (thought they were always infertile, but maybe they can produce a placenta of sorts (or equivalent in herp species).
A photo with a coin or something to show the scale may also be helpful to others who look at it. I hope it is nothing to worry about. How's the mama doing?

i am not shure but my female veiled dropped something very similar before she dug and laid her eggs which were infertile after much speculation she laid her cluch like normal and that was 2 cluches ago she is still fine i know its gross to think about but i discribed it to look almost as if it was similar to intestine looking but of course you prob should just have your herp vet look at it
sorry wish i could help more

Looks like a "plug" similar to what you see in snakes when they lay a clutch or give birth. That, or it could be some left over fecal matter she didn't pass prior to laying. I would say either way it probably isn't something to worry about provided she is acting somewhat normal post laying. Good luck on that.
here is another pic. were I am streching the "thing" out.
