Is the Bannana Ball Python Genetic???. Thanks Scott
I cant wait to buy one........As far as the "banana" balls on the classifieds, it's two different snakes so I'm not really sure which one you mean.

The ones that were just posted by Doug are they simple recessive or co-dominant???. Thanks Scott
proven co-dominant back in 2003. Needs to be proven dominant but a male needs to be produced first. Now before some of you go running off thinking it will be a gender related mutation, you first need to know that between the 2004 and 2005 laying season, a total of 14 eggs were laid infertile. If those had been good, there may have been several males in existance today but luck has not shined brightly on this project but it will prevale and male bananas will be produced sooner then later and then we get to breed banana to banana and see if we get a super banana.
Hope this has shed some light on this project for all of you. I now need to go look at her again.
