I've had my black-banded kingsnake just about a year and a half, and recently noticed some behavior I've noever seen before. The last time I fed him, I noticed he was watching me while shaking his tail like he was an actual Rattlesnake. He's never done this before and I was wondering if anyone could tell me why he's started all of a sudden. Is he mad, scared, intimidated? What? And if so, why has he just started now? With him being my first snake, I watch him to make sure he gets his food so I know he's never done it before. Please, someone let me know whats going on with him!
Thanx!

Dont worry lots of snakes not just kingsnakes rattle the tail. Very common.
