After long debates and pulling teeth the last three years, I have finally been able to aquire my favorite bloodline of Peruvians. Alot of the Peruvians over the years that have been labeled Pucallpa, even the Tim Eaton animals from years ago that were brought in. Most of the bloodlines out there " contrary to popular belief " are in fact from Iquitos. These are the Ken Counts bloodline and also one of the oldest in the country. Ken, got the original pair back in the 80s, from missionaries and most of what was produced from them was bought out by Mark Leshock. I was able to get the original Counts mother in the mid 90s and lost her to gallbladder failure in 98 before I was able to produce any more. Mark, has been successfull with this rare bloodline and has guarded the originals for dear life and after almost pulling teeth and alot of Benjamins, I now have a pair of the originals. We loved the mother dearly and are overjoyed to have her bloodline again and hope to produce with them this year. No, not the most beautiful in the country by some peoples standards, but it is what they are that makes them so special. The female is the more yellow of the two and the photos do them no justice at all.......Johnson Herp
