Is the 9/10/5 NARBC in Anaheim worth going to?

samsun Sep 02, 2005 11:13 AM

It would be a fairly long drive (several hours)--has anyone been to this event in the past? I was disappointed to hear from some that Daytona had a relatively small selection of monitors, which makes me think this would have an even smaller selection.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sam

This will be my first year going. The vendor list is pretty impressive. Goanna Ranch is one of the listed. I hope he brings some varius! =)

I go to the NARBC show in October in Tinley Park, Illinois and it is always a wonderful show. There are lots of vendors (probably many more in California) and the show is so clean and nice. I can't imagine you would be disappointed. Let us know what you think if you do go.

Last year was the first year for this show and it was great. It was the best show since the 1998 or 1999 IRBA show in San Diego (which has gone downhill). I think this year should be a repeat, with the best show on the west coast.

As for monitors there, whenever you are looking for specific animals, all shows seem to be hit and miss. They vary every year and you never know...
