Great job David....
Doesn't seeing that make it worth all the hard work and trouble? I surely think so.
Did I read correctly earlier? Your eggs are hatching at 81 days plus?
I do believe your incubation temps were wee bit lower than what most of us incubate at, but I have heard of some people incubating eggs at room temp with high humidity and hatching out healthy neonates in such a time period.....
I incubate at 82F and usually get kingsnake eggs to hatch around 60 days /-...Some incubate at higher temps and hatch them out around 45 to 50 days or so. My quickest hatchlings emerged at 49 days, but were much smaller than the ones I have let incubate for a full 60 days...Just my own observations....

I had an incubator mishap with ball python eggs a couple of years back so I was kinda paranoid about over heating. My temps were deffinatly lower than most I've read about. I was never lower than 76 and 82 was the max. I sort of expected to wait a little longer, but not 81 days! The eggs did grow nicely though and I expect a little larger than usual nonates. Hope this makes feeding easier as I've heard and read about difficulties with greybands. thanks for the reply. Dave.
