ball python shedding eyecaps

I have a young ball python he's already shed but i noticed that he didnt shed his eyecaps. What can i do tohelp him get them off? Thanks in advance.

if u had prior experience removing a retained eye cap is not a diificult thing to do. however
if u don't have refer vet to remove eye caps. do it immediately otherwise it may affect the vision of your python.
I got this info from a ebook which i bought recently from the site www.pythonsecrets.com.

I've never heard of going to the vet because of retained eyecaps. Is it THAT big of a deal?
