My tortoise loves to wander around my house, but he seems to attack or charge pairs of shoes on the floor. Anyone have any ideas why? I know he usually goes after a pair of brown birkenstock sandals that are brown and might resemble another leopard tortoise?!? I hope someone can give me some encouraging words that it is probably another reason and my tortoise is smarter than that.

Well can't help ya about the sandle, even mine do weird things. Like umm get over friendly with there food plate.. Caught my one male mounting a small plate that i use to put there food on. Its a light almost white plate, but guess he was just a little lonely.
