? about tortoise table

Cdp75 Sep 03, 2005 11:04 PM

I was doing a major cleaning today and found this bookshelf in my house that's not being used. The first thing I thought was a tortoise table. It's 60" tall and 24" wide. It needs a few nails, something to line it with and make the sides taller. I also found a big peice of coraplast let over from the last guinea pig cage I made. It holds up really well with the pigs. My first cage was 2yrs ago and it still looks great.
I was wondering how well that would work to use as a liner for a torty table?

Coroplast is good stuff; light weight & easy to work with. I think it should work well.

would be a good color for tortoises. My pig cages are loud colors and seems like a tortoise might not like that. I was thinking maybe brown or green. The green I have is a darker green. What do you think?
