Question about heating

kinglover Sep 04, 2005 12:03 AM

ok, in my setup i have a hollowed out half-log think and a terra cotta rock thing that is basically a bowl with a hole in the side, the rock one on the cool side. my brooksi always was in the rock on the cool side and i didnt see her much on the warm side. so i decided i try switching the rock with the stone to see if she liked the rock bc it was darker or if it was really the temp she liked. she still hangs out on the cool side, and im not sure wats up, bc the temp is the same everyday and since it is about fall she should naturally want to be warmer, least its wat makes since to me. but if you have seen this happen then i would like to know thanks in advance all for your help

You kind of left out the details.. like what temp the warm side is at (on the floor where the snake would lay), what temp the cool side is at, if he is still feeding, etc.
