I always consider it a pleasant surprise to see a green rat. What range were you near?

When do you plan to retire, and do you think it will be in se. AZ? We're moving to Green Valley in 2008.

terry, if all go's according to plan i am retiring with over 25 years state service NEXT year, glad i started at young age, lol!! i like green valley just too hot for me. i checked out houses in sonoita, patagonia, elgin area 2 weeks ago. really like sonoita and did find a house(with 5 acres), i like. my wife is visiting that area this week also to look at the house. a little pricey but my house in nor. cal. is pricey too, so i guess it all equals out!!the triaspis is from that area, btw./jon

Jon, you get used to the heat...LOL. I stay indoors during the summer days too. Sonoita/Patagonia is a nice area. That would be a cool place to live too. I think the prices are high because it's a seller's market right now. Our house has gone up about 50% in the last couple years.

450K!?!?!?!? YIKES is right! Do you know what you could buy here in the lone star state with 450K? Better you than me. My great grandkids would be lucky to pay it off. Must be a nice one anyway.
