Place damp spagnum moss in a deli cup.
Place frog into cup. I would put one frog per deli cup.
Place sealed deli cup into a styro lined box.
Seal box and that's it.

You don't need to place holes as they will have enough air.
Depending on temps heat/cold pack maty be needed. I've never used a heat/cold pack so maybe someone else could talk about that.
That's really all there is to it.

Sorry. Styro lined box is a box lined with styrofoam. You can see them and purchase them from Scales. The adddress is www.exoticlizards.com..

You'll find everything you'll need there.
Good luck

I ship using the box inside box method. First, I put the frogs in a deli cup/zip lock storage container with a tiny bit of wet moss (not too much, you don't want him buried when the package gets flipped). Then take the smallest box the container will fit in and line the inside with styrofoam (I just cut large pieces I have saved from stuff I have bought in the past). Then put that box in another box. In the bigger box put a cold pack (darts will do worse in hot then they will in cold). Then fill in all the gaps in the bigger box with damp newspaper (to keep temperature transfer to a minimum).

Also, you need an reptile account to ship with fedex, but USPS will let you ship frogs overnight.
