Sorry to break the news

I heard from Chip, he asked the guy who collected the Goini to come look at this forum. He "the collector" was pissed as hell about all the drama and said everyone can go take a hike if they refuse to believe it. He has been to his spot a few times a year for many years now. He has not found a Goini there in over 8 years. When he found the female that produced the Amel he flipped a small board in a dried up drainage ditch expecting to find nothing, as at the time he was not even looking for snakes...but low and behold the two snakes were under the board. You know the rest of the story. It is not a man made snake, and that is that. If anyone wants to argue with me I would really prefer to do this face to face. Since I was asked to keep the rest of the info to myself, I will. And since I can't tell some of you exactly what I would be telling you on this forum, all I can say is I look forward to meeting you someday.

Tom,
You've done your best. The truth is the truth no matter what opinion is given. The snakes are awesome and those who believe will believe and those who don't won't. And people will be people and we are a sad, sorry lot. Just know that those of us who have dealt with you over time know your honesty, your integrity and your willingness to help. I know few breeders who spend the time you do to insure the success of their customers and who stand behind their stock. That's all that is important--ignore the rest. You are one cool dude!!! Now, as to those "04 Brooksi" above and their size--you know I hate you!!!!!!LOL.

Tom, i don't know you very well, however i've exchanged quite a few emails with j.Lassiter and none of them that i've received from him have ever smelled of B.S., So as far as i'm concearned your albino "goini" is the real deal! Please put me on the list for 08', i'm pretty sure i'd like to add 2 or 3 to my collection.
thanks in advance.

Thanks Jetzen, I have talked about this so much I feel like a broken record but the history is as best I can do, and for a guy like myself who will be producing quite a large number of snakes over the next few years I would not want anything negative associated with me, I believe in what I have said from the beginning. I am glad you like them, these are cool snakes

Do these "goini" have the typical killer strong feeding response that this variety is famous for?

jlassiter Sep 06, 2005 09:10 PM

Mine do......My het male and one amel female takes pinks out of my fingers.....The other amel female is a little finicky but feeds well.
I can't wait to grow em up.....LOL
