That is an incredible snake Steve! Thanks for posting the pics. Phil
Thanks Phil. Glad you enjoyed them. I saw where Brian (Hotshot)picked up one of your locality Bullsnakes. Where is that locality from? And how large to they mature as adults? I saw a picture of Brians and they are beautiful Bulls.

"That is an incredible snake Steve! Thanks for posting the pics. Phil"
Thanks Steve. My bull snakes are Kankakee sand prairie locale. Its that isolated population that you see at the extreme eastern part of their range when you look at a range map. They are fairly mellow for a Pituophis and become very handsome as adults. An average adult is 5' to 6' long but they are capable of getting to 7' or so on rare occasions.
They are fairly variable but usually have black anterior and posterior blotches and chestnut brown to reddish brown blotches in the mid section. Background color is yellow. This is a female I hatched last year.
And a two year old male. these snakes don't miss many meals lol! I plan on updating my pics of my adult breeders soon. Phil
That snake is so aweseome bro. Looks like a clone of my big female, are you going to be feeding it mice or rats? I use mice for the most part, but rats here n there too. I did notice my female now has some fat deposits, which I believe are from the rats. But after she lays her clutches she is such a deflated tire of a snake I have to get the weight back on or she is restless and will latch onto anything near her mouth. Take it easy Tom Stevens
I'm using mice. I just fed him a couple of good sized mice tonight, so I'll keep a check and see if that's about the right amount for him.
Post some pics of your big female after she's back on schedule from laying her clutch.
