Hi everyone,
I found an awesome deal on a monkey tailed skink but dont know much about them...what kind of care is involved, temprament, do they make good pets? Just looking for some input on whether or not to get one...thanks.

is that picture the skink or a blue tegu? if its a mts, ive never seen one look like that. what kind of deal are you getting if you dont mind me asking?

THat picture is of my blue tegu. I found a monkey tail for $200, a pretty good price I thought, isnt it? Also how big of an enclosure will these guys need when they're full grown?

About 5'x4'x30". multiple level platforms, Hollow artifical logs, Hanging vines, ETC.
You mentioned "when grown up". A neonate Corucia should remain in the Circulus with the parents till age 3.
