Good Stuff Tom…Congratulations!

I really like the pinkish individual in you second post. Fine serpent! What do you think it is? The faded pink coloration leads me to believe it is not a “true” anatheristic compared to your 1st post of a more black & white individual. I have however seen tri-colored (milk snakes) that were anatheristic that had a pinkish coloration where the red banding was, but they did not display as much pink as yours.

I wonder if you posted on the Milk Snake forum you could get more insight to what it is. Honduran milk snake breeders may be able to help. I understood, that Mark & Kim Bell, was said to be working with a Hypo Tri-colored (pulcher) line, which I believe has never been confirmed. Maybe Jim D. or Napa Valley can “chime” in to give us their opinion.

I have two more clutches (5 laid from the pair I got from you) to hatch that were produced from sibs to the same parents that produced these exceptional one of a kind offspring. Out of my 3 clutches that have hatched, none have resulted in what you have experienced. I am crossing my fingers for the 18 eggs incubating now. Keep us all posted on their development!

here is one of the other pinkish ones with more black flecking with a normal sib. sorry best pic i could get these guys jump like fishing worms at this age. when you put them all together in one container they bounce around continously.
