I know its late in the season but I have a gravid boa and I need to know the proper cage size to put her in for the sake of being comfortable any input will be appreciated

Then again, for display, or comfort, you may be inclined to give her more space, but a 6-8 footer can do fine in a cage 4 feet by 2 feet.
If she is a big larger, or you want more room... something like a 5-6 foot long cage, 2.5 feet deep, 2-3 foot high will be more than adequate for her lifetime.
