I hadn't fed the turtles for a few days so I was out doing that last evening. Everyone had something to eat but I couldn't find Janie anywhere.
We have more lawn than we used to & that new part is full of weeds, & stickers so I was digging the stickers up when I saw this head staring at me.
There's a burrow where a Mexican ground squirrel has been staying, I guess it moved out because Janie was in there.
Cracked me up to see a little head poking out of the ground.
I handed her food while she was in there, she never had to leave to find a meal yesterday.. spoiled brat. LOL
