will there be more female ghosts on the market next yr......

just wondering what everyone thinks....because i will be in the market for some and just want to plan ahead...thanx for looking

I wouldn't plan on it. Everyone working with them is holding back most females, het's included. Can you blame them, ghosts/hypos and clowns are the only morphs that have increased in price and demand in the last few years. They make killer crosses from even the subtle lines out there. The best lines such as the nerd orange, bell line, citrus and a couple butterscotch lines will be almost impossible to get females in the next year or two. I myself plan on holding back every female I produce for the next 2-3 years. Granted I won't be producing 50 or more but even the large breeders have to keep their breeding stock growing to cover the demand that lower prices have put on the market. Also female ghost/hypo's animals that are actually selling for market price, there is no bargaining prices with them when they become available. Well that's my .02 Josh Hutto
