Shedding trouble

Hello everyone....
I have two adult BP One of them has a hard time during his shed cycle. The skin doesn't come off as a whole but more like patches that take weeks to "flake" off. A good soaking does the trick, but I'm looking for something a little more long term. My other doesn't have a problem at all with his shed. Thanks for any input.
