something wrong with my grey tree frogs

i have 2 gray tree frogs and i just noticed that both of them have brown spots on the tips of their noses?i dont know whats wrong with them???also my littlest tree frog turns brownish camoflauge but the other one doesnt.is that normal????please write any anserws asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

Are your greys wild caught? The spots on their noses might be from rubbing against the glass or jumping at the top at maybe a screen or something,trying to escape. I had grey's that never changed color, i think everything is normal there.
