Hi. I usually hang around the turtle forums, but tonight I found some cool looking frogs in my turtle enclosure. I think one was a green treefrog and the other a grey treefrog. I have also seen several wood frogs and a toad in there.
The enclosure is large, 16'x16' with a small pond. It is totally screened in, the roof and 18" into the dirt as well.
What will happen to these frogs in the winter? Would it be safe to catch one or two and keep them in my classroom over the winter? Would I need a heater on the weekends and evenings as it gets pretty cold then?
Thanks for any info!
