I have an '02 male Flordia that is pretty thick, I thought I read some place that if you can see skin between the scales the snake may be overweight. The scales on my guy are spaced apart on his thickest part so he fits that example. Here is my problem, if he is overweight I am at as loss. I feed him three to four mice at a time (he would take more if I offered) and then I will not feed him again for about two weeks. I feel like I should be feeding him more but he does not look like he is missing any meals for sure. Should I adjust his feeding at all? All comments welcomed.
