you say that my dream chondro i saw a couple years ago from alaska was most likly Rich Culvers? and you say it was a timmorris blue line animal? so ,in your opinion,if i want a similar animal to that one, should i contact timmorris and see if hes doing the same pairing that produced riches? or contct rich and see if hes breeding my dream snake? now i mentioned that i only have like 51/2 grand, who would be a better bet for finding something in my price range? now it seems that gregmaxwells available yearlings, the ones that are left anyway, come with a price tag of around 7 grand.were they cheaper as neonates?basically im in the market for my first designer chondro(besides my high blue that i obtained almost by accident at a great price,i do need to get a camera)and if i dont grab one now,i feel that it will be a long time before i can afford one again.

I'm almost positive it was Rich Culvers chondro you're talking about. I would contact him and see what he has going on. He's a very nice guy and a personal friend of mine, I'm sure he will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.

As for Tim Morris's blue line, your best bet there is to ask him what he has going on. Getting a direct sibling (Mr. Blue x TM Blue girl) is not going to happen as the Blue Girl passed away not to long ago. If you're looking for desendants of that line I would contact John Holland (Jonny Blue as we call him). He cares for Mr. Blue and has a very large Blue chondro collection.

5k is MORE than enough to get a designer. The most i have ever spend on a chondro is almost half that and it turned out to be a one of a kind animal. Thing is, most people are not going to let a one of a kind animal go away for less than 5k. My advice to you is hold it out.. Look around on MVF and CWF, talk to breeders and find a pairing that you really dig.

Nice pairings dont come along very often and when they do there is usualy a waiting list, the breeder keeps them all, very few make it to market or they get new homes very quickly.

Just hang on. There will be some Black pairings in the next 2 yeas. Building a nice collection takes a very, very long time and some luck as well.

Feel free to email me if you have anymore questions.

Oh,

I think the ella diablo siblings went for around 2.5k as babies. Now they are all 25%poss.het. for albino. So a dup pairing im sure will go for much higher.
