Does anyone know how to contact them besides email? I've read the back order message on their webpage so I know they are busy, but I've emailed them 3 times since I placed my order 6 weeks ago and haven't recievd any response. I need to know if it's comming or not. I'm moving out of state next week, and I'd like to just cancel it, but since they already have $40 of my money I'd like to know how I can either get a refund or get what I ordered. But they won't write me back so I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!
