Hello.
I started growing lice mice so i'll have an on-demand food for my Corns and BP's.
My question is about killing them and freezing them.
I read about breaking their necks or using CO2 or a Blunt head trauma and so on...
Can't i just take the pinkies and fuzzies put them in a totaly sealed plastic box and straight to the freezer? It will also kill them (suffocation) and even freeze them.
What do you think ?

You "can" freeze pinkies that way, but they do feel pain and it is a nasty way to die.
CO2 is the quickest most humane way to kill mice. I think there is info on here somewhere with instructions on how to make a gas chamber.
Even though these are "just" prey items, I believe it is our responsability to cause as little pain as possible. We are supposed to be the superior species, we should act that way.
