I think male babies are going for $1,200 to $1,500 or so. Nobody is selling female babies so I don't know what they could bring. They are in great demand right now because everyone wants to produce pastel ghosts by crossing her with their pastel males that are het for ghost (among other crosses). An adult female ghost that would breed this year may bring $7,000 or more since she could produce a clutch where half or more could bring $14,000 each.
