I'm thinking about getting one, but I can't find any reliable info about what states they're legal in. I know they're illegal in California, but other than that, all of the websites I've checked contradict each other about which states they're legal in. Some say they're only banned in Alabama, California, and two other states I can't remember, and others say they're legal in Alabama, but they're illegal in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and several other states.

In Maryland they are legal, but some counties ban them (I think Prince George's County is one of them).
