Snake found in Hannibal, MO. What is it???

The overall color of the pattern is brown and white. It loses is pattern toward the tail and turns more of a brown with white markings? What is it?

looks like some kind of racer to me, not sure of the exzact sub species, some one will though

I believe the only racer in your neck of the woods is the eastern yellow-bellied, Coluber constrictor flaviventris.

i just acuired one of those, im pretty sure its a southern black racer but from ur area i dont kno. the one that i caught at work because i almost ran it over is identical to yours. hope that helps
