Unfortunately, I am not going to give you the answer that you are going to like: if you have to ask what drugs are necessary, then you are positively not qualified enough to diagnose a condition and treat it effectively. I know nothing of your qualifications, but I have to assume that like the vast majority of the people on these forums, there is an unrealistic expectation of home treatments that cost little to nothing, never having to see a veterinarian, while expecting to keep a vibrant collection at home. I hope you understand I only have the best interests of the frogs in mind, aside from the fact that some of the drugs you will need will require a prescription anyway. I can assure you that this same speech is made on the health forum many times.
Nonetheless, I highly recommend purchasing the Amphibian Medicine and Captive Husbandry book by Wright and Whitaker. It is the only comprehensive source of information about amphibians I can recommend, and the $120 price pales in comparison to the cost of a microscope if you plan to perform your own floats.
Despite all this, I wanted to commend you for looking for information on treating parasites. Too many people on these forums regard it as a luxury as opposed to a necessity.
