hello, just curious if anyone has bought and animals from this breeder, or knows him well. i looked on the BOI and couldn't find anything terribly helpful. he seems very professional and trustworthy, and his site is awesome- so i'm not worried or anything, just want to make sure no major problems. I've been burnt before by a few jerks, so i'm getting a little cynical in my old age

I have not done business with Mark Petros but I would recommend that you ask Mark or any breeder to provide references. Then make some calls, send out some emails, and if your satisfied with the information, make your purchase.

I have known Mark for quit a while and would highly recommend him. He has a great collection and outstanding business practices. What he advertises it what you get and he stands behind the animals he sells...

Having purchased and directed purchases toward Mark I can say his animal are top notch. I have extremely high standards when buying snakes from breeders and Mark ranks at up at the top of the scale. Some of my best eaters came from Mark (including my best feeding response of any reptile anacondas). Be confident in the purchase.

And another note about his website. It sure does rock. GLK Herp is another great place to do business. Aside from great Ball Pythons, this guy has great website layout skill and is my #1 choice for melamine racks, incubators, and rheostats (yes, I am too electonically idiotic to construct a rheostat..but George's is great lol)
