I would like any information from any successful breeders out there..this will be the second year I am attempting to breed my ball pythons. I purchased three ball pythons last year that are supposed to be het for albino, although there was no paperwork.
i purchased them around late september-mid october..i cooled them down last year around mid to late november for about four weeks and then placed the male and female together...however they did not mate. Could this have been due to being stressed from being shipped? I know they are male and female because I recently had them probed..I am going to try again this year after a year of feeding ..the male is around 800 grams and the female is around 1500-1600 grams on an empty stomach. any helpful hints would be appreciated...I just think it would be so cool to be able to produce my own ball pythons regardless of whether or not they are albinos....oh and i am prepared to raise them if I do not find good homes for them...thanks for any help...sorry so long.
