Cali King not eatting.

My Cali King has only eatten once in the past 3 weeks. He usually eats when ever I offer him food... my other snakes,yellow rat and corn, are still eatting fine... Is it just that time of the year where they will stop eatting because of the light cycles?

If I remember he did the same thing last year... BTW the temp in the tank is still the same temp...
