Shouldn't you have asked this question before the egg was laid? Perhaps before they mated even?

Instead of bashing him, give him a little bit of advice since that is what this forum is for. You can tell he's trying to do the best for his egg, that's why he's posting. All you had to do was tell him to do a search on Homemade Incubators or your experience with hatching an egg without the use of a commercial incubator.

Sorry, but Canio did make a valid point. I wasn't expecting to be raising babies myself, but as soon as I realized I was going to possibly have some eggs I immediately started researching and had everything setup before the eggs were laid. Hopefully you have not turned the egg over this will kill the embryo, it must remain in the same position as it was laid. Here is a link for some pretty simply instructions on incubating eggs, just scroll down to that section:

Hmmmmm . . . I didn't think I was being sarcastic with my response though, your response back wasn't overly nice. I would have thought that someone who knew "everything else", would have known how the eggs could to be incubated. Sorry I responded trying to help.

Like I said, I would probably sound like a jerk, but whatever, I felt it needed to be said. Anyway as for advice...

Sure you can hatch out an egg without an incubator. You just have to keep it at the temps and humidity needed for leo eggs to hatch. If you can keep the egg at the constant temp with the necessary humidity without an incubator then certainly assuming the egg is viable it can hatch out. Is this easy to do? No. Is it the 'best' thing to do? I would say from a reliability standpoint no. Is it possible? Yes.
