I love all uros! They are soooooooooo addictive. i was thinking of getting an egyptian because of their size and they are just a giant uro and soo lovable. i was wondering if anyone could post pics of their egyptians and some advice on how to get one like over the mail or a pet store/rescue? Sorry for the blabbering about uros. Thanx

I just got my egyptian about a week ago for the same reasons as you want one. I am really lucky too, because Isabelle eats like no other, is super friendly, calm, but curious, too. I really had to search high and low on the internet to find her. The place I did find her doesn't even normally do internet sales, so they were shocked when I called and told them I was from Illinois and they were in California. It seems to me that your best bet is to look around on the internet and even if a place does not actually have any egyptians, ask them if they can somehow get a hold of one for you through their connections. I was offered that possibility for a couple of places I called. And probably before you even do that, you should call Doug Dix and ask to be put on his waiting list for egyptians.
